The only shelf stable fresh-ingredient falernum on the market, Maggie’s Farm Falernum is made from Maggie’s Farm white rum and fresh botanicals and spices. We use freshly-grated lime zest, fresh ginger, whole, toasted cloves, and allspice berries. The botanicals are allowed to infuse into overproof rum for the fullest expression of their lively flavors. This historical liqueur is then created by blending it with turbinado sugar used to make Maggie’s Farm rum. It is a classic cocktail ingredient and can be used in such drinks as: the Test Pilot, the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club Cocktail and the Corn ‘n Oil.
